Find answers to all your questions about our software development services, our process, and our client approach.
How does the development process work at WWTEC?
Our development process follows an agile methodology, typically in 5 main stages: 1) Requirements analysis and project definition, 2) Design and architecture, 3) Iterative development with regular feedback, 4) Thorough testing, 5) Deployment and maintenance. This process allows us to be flexible, transparent, and deliver high-quality solutions that exactly match your needs.
What types of projects and industries do you cover?
WWTEC works with a wide variety of clients across different sectors, including finance, healthcare, e-commerce, education, and industry. We develop web applications, custom software, enterprise management systems, SaaS solutions, and mobile applications. Our versatile team adapts to all types of projects, from innovative startups to established large enterprises.
How do you establish pricing for development projects?
We offer two main pricing models: 1) Project-based billing with a precise quote based on an in-depth analysis of your needs, or 2) Time-based billing (daily rate) for dedicated outsourced teams. Our rates are extremely competitive compared to European providers, with an average saving of more than 50% for equivalent quality. For an experienced Java developer, for example, the rate in Turkey is around €250/day all-inclusive, compared to €600/day in France.
What are typical timelines for developing a project?
Timelines vary considerably depending on the complexity and scope of the project. A simple website can be delivered in 2-4 weeks, while a complex enterprise application may require 3-6 months or more. We work iteratively, which means you can see tangible results from the first few weeks. During our initial analysis phase, we will provide you with a detailed schedule with clear milestones to track progress.
What technologies and programming languages do you use?
We master a wide range of modern technologies. For backend development: Java, Python, PHP, Node.js, .NET. For frontend: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js. For mobile applications: React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin. We also work with various databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Our expertise also extends to microservices architectures, DevOps, and continuous integration.
Do you offer maintenance and support services after delivery?
Absolutely. We offer maintenance and support contracts tailored to your needs. This can include bug fixing, security updates, performance improvements, adding new features, and responsive technical support. Our SLAs (Service Level Agreements) guarantee fast response times based on the criticality of the issues encountered.
How do you manage the security of developed applications?
Security is an absolute priority in our development process. We integrate security best practices from design (security by design), follow OWASP recommendations, conduct regular penetration tests, and ensure rigorous management of authentications and authorizations. We also implement sensitive data encryption, protection against SQL injections and XSS, and ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR.
How do I start a project with WWTEC?
To start a project with us, contact us via our contact form, by email, or by phone. We will organize an initial meeting (online or in person) to discuss your needs. Then, we will conduct a detailed analysis and propose a tailored solution with a precise quote. Once the quote is accepted, we will establish a clear contract and begin development according to our agile methodology.
How does your outsourced team service work?
Our outsourced team service allows you to have your own dedicated team in Turkey, working exclusively for you. You define the team size, required skills, and necessary experience. We take care of recruitment, workspaces, equipment, and administrative management. You communicate directly with the team in French or English via tools like Zoom, Teams, or WhatsApp. This model offers maximum flexibility and substantial savings compared to a local team.
How do you handle communication issues and time zone differences?
Turkey is only one hour ahead of Central Europe (two hours ahead of France during daylight saving time), which greatly facilitates collaboration. Our teams are fluent in English, and our project managers are also proficient in French. We use modern communication tools (Slack, Teams, etc.) and agile methodologies with regular meetings to ensure smooth and transparent communication throughout the project.
